Unpleasant First room offered wasn’t cleaned at all. Second room offered had a horrible cigarette smell for a non-smoking room. Finally, third room was just ok. Still had a slight smell to it.

Severely disapointed Arrived at night, still 90 degrees, opened the door and got hit with a blast of heat and cigarette smoke. Ran the the ac control and cranked it to 60 degrees...…… nothing, waited......nothing. Called the front desk. "the ac isn't working" she says "point the remote at it" it takes quite a while. Never again It didn’t seem too clean. There were stains of previous tooth paste stains on the shower wall that wasn’t cleaned off. There was a used packet of shampoo the maids missed. I’m sure if I used a uv light on the sheets they would have shown up as not changed. There was a used rubber glove on our doormat

The lady that was checking me in was very nice and professional. The room smelled like smoke and was not suitable to stay in not even for two minutes.

I like how close is was to where I needed to be. I didn’t like, the rooms smelled of smoke and they charged me twice for the same room.
