Should have paid the extra money for better quality. While the staff were wonderful. The smoke detector wasn't attached to the ceiling properly. A group of men was outside the doors each and every time I came in or out, no matter the time, made the establishment feel unsafe. Multiple guest were extremely loud even during "quiet hours". Contacted the front desk to complain and the noise continued for at least and 30 minutes. Quite certain they only quieted down since their kids went to bed.

So many problems!! To start, there was no one available to check us in at 12:15am so despite knocking on the door, calling, using the buzzer we were not able to check in the first night. We had to go to another motel. When we came back the next day to check in we were basically called a liar and refused to refund us for the night we could not check in. Hooker motel? Cheap motel. They require every person staying in the room to provide ID in order to stay. As the primary guest, I assume I must give my ID and a cc BUT to make a copy of all my guest's driver's licenses?? I was told if they don't, they cannot stay or go into my room. Ummm okay. I imagine this is to scare away prostitutes and potential Johns as this motel/hotel is not in the best area. Very noisy in the halls, people partying in the middle of the night and a fire alarm beeping.

Bathroom floor was sticky Smoke detector was hanging by its wires over the bed No room service Sink wouldn't drain Toilet wouldn't flush No ice Good note. The shower was great

Definitely would not recommend First off, room/motel smelled like old cigarette smoke. Second, not fun to be able to hear everything going on at front desk day and night, even though the staff was very nice. Third, continental breakfast consisted of nothing more than coffee and pre packaged granola bars and muffins. Seriously the worst continental breakfast layout I've ever seen. Not even real creamer for coffee. Just bulk flavored creamers.

NO ROOM AT THE INN Waiting for desk clerk to arrive per sign at desk "Helping other customers". Here she comes with a great big drink and an even bigger attitude. I gave my information to her from Expedia and she told me I didn't have a room because I had a pet. She could have cared less - it was late and there were several big events in Salt Lake and after trying half dozen places to stay, there were no vacancies anywhere. I drove to Nephi, Utah before I found a place to stay about midnight. What A Joke!

VERY run down property Not sure this is enough room for the issues- Linens bally and threads falling out. Room overall dirty, beat up and dated. Very small TV w/broken remote. No door on closet. Cover off heater. Burns in bathroom vanity & tub edge. Seat broken on toilet. Paint bubble below window. Screen cut & damaged. Hand mark on light fixture. Light switches dirty. Close to where we need to be Disappointing. There was hair in the bathtub, on the bed and in the sheets. The bed spread was stained and the drapes were broken so we were woke early by the sun. On line it said it included breakfast but that was a stretch of the truth, it was a coffee bar with granola bars.

Look elsewhere Not very desirable. Included breakfast means muffins and granola bars. Free wifi. Looked a bit shady.
