This is a transitional housing property. Front desk is closed 10:0 pm - 9:00 am. Double bed room had 1 towel and 2 wash cloths, no hand towels yo be had, period. It had a kitchenette with no dishes, flatware or anything; but they’d sell a set at the desk! Not a hotel we it’s a kitchenette, if that’s what you want for a shorter stay.

The freakin’ smoke alarm detector went off at 6:00 am way before I planned to wake up. I had a 16-hour drive to get to Sandy and then a 6-hour drive to get back to my home in Gypsum. I couldn’t tell the front office because they open at 9:00 am. I have a recording of the decide going off…ugh!

Was not cleaned upon arrival, really dirty. Hotel did have a bad odor throughout. Checked in and checked out within 10 minutes. I do not suggest

This place was gross from the front door to the room which had bed bugs.

Might as well have been a murder motel…. It was pretty bad…. I should have spent a few extra bucks and stayed someplace I was more familiar with. The hotel, inside and out smelled like cigarettes and cat pee! The room looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in who knows how long. The room I paid for was supposed to be a king bed, but was a queen. Worst experience ever. When we asked for table or cook ware, utensils etc for the kitchen they said we had to purchase them. Nothing at all to use in the kitchen is provided.on top of that had to pay a pet fee that we were not told about or have ever had to pay at a “pet friendly” hotel.
