Cigarette smoke was bad!w We checked OUT about 10 min after seeing our room. the cigarette smoke was just too heavy Everywhere! So much for smoke free rooms! My daughter is allergic to cigarette smoke so we left.

All amenities were gone and no notice that all these changes were happening!!!!!

Pretty old. Elevator bumpy and noisy on the way up. Scarey. Breakfast is a small muffin and energy bar.

The room we stayed in was filthy. Check in staff was not very friendly

Very dirty. Right when we walked through the front door, we were terrified after witnessing an almost dog fight. A larger dog tried to attack a small dog and the owners could barely hold it back. The condition of the hotel is awful. The carpet was absolutely disgusting with pet stains all over it. I would have left and asked for a refund if I had booked directly through them.

I was locked at if my room and the room smelled like it has recently been smoked in even though it was a no smoking room

I left early because my room had coackroaches.

ONLY ONE entrance and exit out of hotel; breakfast is coffee, granola bars and packaged muffins; room floor is stained everywhere; tub had backed up water-2 inches prior to our arrival; kitchen has no utensils, dishes or pans.
