Don’t know where to begin, this was one of the worst experiences we have had at a hotel . Firstly we get there and keys do not work every time we go in and out they we’re deactivated every time we would leave. We got stuck in the elevator and had to be saved by the fire department a hour and a half later. After getting out we still got yelled out by the front desk to maybe use the stairs next time because we were to heavy when we where no where near the max capacity of weight. The elevator was out of service. Floors in stairwell were dirty. We had issue with room keys.

Room smelled like a wet dog, cigarette butts and trash all around the property. Also, dog poop in the dirt areas. I have stayed at a lot of cheap hotels on this was the worst one ever. Just nasty!

Trash in halls ways, smells like dog or cat urine. Smokers gathered at the entrance. I would recommend the Best Western across the parking lot.

I reserved a king bed room and got a queen bed room instead. I was not notified until I checked in. The room had hair around the sink in the bathroom and the sink in the bathroom did not drain. Very bad experience
