There was not a single thing that i liked about this property. It was unclean, unsafe, and just an absolute nightmare. As soon as i walked in the door the stench of cigarette smoke was all i could smell. And after a long wait at the front deak getting checked in we were only able to get ine key. We got to the room and there was no toilet paper, no shower supplies, and not even a shower curtain.

Front desk staff was friendly. Hotel grounds were very dirty, you had to walk through a cloud of smoke every time you entered or exited the building. Room had pet hair, dust and old empty water bottles. Do not recommend, especially if staying with kids.

When showed up to check in we found out our reserved room had already been given to someone else. Very little effort was made to correct the problem.

It felt unsafe. Smelled like smoke inside and outside. Smell of Marijuana in the bathroom.

I arrived at 1 asked to check in was rudely told NO. Then told I could pay $15/hr to arrive early. When I returned at 8pm nobody was at the front desk..two other people waiting ahead of me. After 5 minutes the Night Manager came running in the front doors swearing like a sailor. Another employee suddenly appeared from the hall and started yelling at the Manager “You better be here to work, I’m going to walk out….” Then the whammy - the employee proceeded to tell the Manager she had checked people into dirty rooms because the... read more

Elevator and hallway smell like weed towel were stain the shower head need to be fix it water come out too strong sink too I didn’t have good experience
