No public restroom for those on a long flight, or drive. Had to wait until we checked in. Nearly soiled myself. Placed us on the 2nd floor with ni elevator, and we could hear the women in the next room snoring most of the night. The heater did not work, it was 28 degrees outside. Smoking oder was present. Employees were smoking 25 feet from the front door, right next to the sign that said 150 feet.

I used Expedia and hours in advance to reserve and pay for my room. When I got there after traveling for 12 hours the front desk agent said they didn’t have my room. She was rude and not very empathetic. We stayed in the room she offered with no extra pay because it was a king bed. The room smelled and it wasn’t an upgrade at all. I canceled my second night there and went to a Motel 6 that was cleaner and friendlier.

Staff was very unprofessional & unorganized. Checked in and took them a few hours for our room to be ready. Very smelly hotel.I ended up leaving a day sooner even though we paid an extra day.

Room was dirty. Ask for fresh towels only have bath towels no hand towels or was cloths. Breakfast was grab and go no water only coffee

Horrible experience There was no one on the property to check us in. Lobby & main floor halls were filthy. A registered guest had a toilet overflowing and there was no help available. I was charged even though we never checked in. I returned to get a refund the next morning which the assistant manager insisted they had not been the ones to charge me (after multiple calls over 2 days they finally saw it was them and I did receive a refund) to find the lobby full of guests with a variety of complaints - no coffee, nothing for ... read more

It wasnt very clean and the bathroom sink did not drain

Never Again This was the first time I have stayed alone in a hotel. I will be choosing something more upscale next time. Toilet was not clean, something gross on the wall and the headboard. Bed was uncomfortable. People were loud in the hallway ALL night. Doors slamming. Bed was uncomfortable. The A/C was extremely loud. The whole experience was “cringy.” It won’t upload my photos for some reason.
