Heater was not working. It was cold and I almost got sick. But a staff changed a room immediately after I asked.

The staff were great and I would consider coming back here because of them. They gave me a nice room that reflected onto the back of the building and garden view. Unfortunately construction outside shut down water for several hours. I could not brush my teeth or flush the toilet before going to bed.

Very convenient We are on the shady side of the hotel. Quiet and peaceful. Very convenient to shopping,buses and parks
