The property was okay (seemed older but clean and comfortable). We had to take our room keys back to the office three times before they finally got them programmed so that we could get into our room. We were on the third floor and it was 100 degrees outside. So, three trips up and down the stairs was frustrating.

The hotel is a bit old and the room smells. But the location is okay

We asked for a handicapped room and they said that they do have them so we had to make do. There were no garbage cans in the rooms or anything else like cups or coffee makers. We were able to ask for cups to drink out of. The beds were comfortable but pretty tall so very hard for someone 93 to get into. The room needed a thorough cleaning. Their breakfast shouldn’t be able to be called breakfast. Old, dry muffins and coffee/tea,cocoa. No ice makers available. The property was located close to good eateries, and was well lit up at night. Plus the A/C was exceptionally cold!!
The property was not clean with cigarette butts everywhere, and it felt very unsafe with the people loitering in the front and the homeless in the creek behind the property. When we checked in, the person in front of us was yelling at the check in clerk. The check in took longer than I would have hoped, as the clerk insisted on taking both my driver's license and my boyfriend's driver's license, even though I was paying for the room for the two nights.
