The staff was helpful with a number of requests especially Theresa. Overall the property had a “tired” feel to it. The Chik Fil A drive thru line goes through the parking lot and made parking a problem

Location was awesome! Beautiful nature trail behind the property. Dining, shopping, facial spa, yoga studio, bookstore, all nearby walking distance. Our room was clean and in fair condition. The microwave had burnt marks, the bathtub was stained, the fridge leaked a little, etc. The building is a little old and needs updating but overall decent. Breakfast was simple, muffins, granola bars, instant oatmeal, coffee, tea. Staff was nice. Overall, a great place to stay!

Friendly staff but needs better room cleaning Check-in staff were friendly and got me checked in quickly. When we checked into the room, the room was in order, but it appears the cleaning staff did the minimum. There was dirt and dead bugs in several places on the floor, hair in the shower and bathroom sink, and the counters did not appear to have been wiped down. Parking lot serves as a line for a neighboring Chick filet. Had to wait for the line to move to access a parking spot and unload. Why does the line for Chick filet go through the parking lot?
