I had to clean the floors with bleach that I brought from home on our trip. Something was telling me to bring it and sure enough I needed it. I cleaned the floor and counters with bleach and the towel was black. Needless to say I spent 1.5 hours wiping everything down for my family. I didn’t want them showering in a dirty shower or eat at dirty tables. Not sure I would return this particular location.

Not very happy First room had dead roaches, second was not cleaned from previous guests. Finally 3rd room was ok to stay. It was not the front desk clerk's fault just lack of communication.

The Good and the Bad Pros- We rented this location because it was located near the airport and Lackland AFB, where my brother in law was graduation from Basic Training. It was about 15-20 min. drive to Lackland. We were there from Wednesday to Saturday and had little to no significant problems. Some staff were helpful and provided us with nearly everything we needed. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in a place for any extended period of time.
