We arrived late and I'm pretty sure we woke the receptionist. She was polite, but hard to hear. We accidentally left a charger and they claimed it wasn't found. That's unfortunate.

Ehhh We had a non smoking room but there was a cigarette burn on the sheets. Ac unit was falling apart. There was a roach in the bathroom

Buen hotel en cuanto a costo beneficio El hotel se encuentra en un área cerca del Parque Six Flags y no tan lejos del centro de S.A. No está en las mejores condiciones pero por el precio que se paga está muy bien. En gral cumple con las expectativas. El desayuno grab and go, no es desayuno, sería más bien snacks para el camino (barritas, avena, café, muffins). Las habitaciones son un poco viejas pero la cama si es muy cómoda, en definitiva si podría repetir.

I didn’t knew allow pets on the hotel They had a guest with 2 pit bulls really aggressive..

Stains on carpet in room, stain on bedding & no hair dryer. Employees were extremely friendly, very helpful when I requested a different room due to another guest cooking fish that stank up the entire floor.
