It was very difficult to get clean towels during our stay. We stayed 6 nights and when we asked for clean towels we were given abag to put our dirty ones in and had to fill out a form. They were supposed to give us new ones after we did that when we got back that evening we did not have any towels and the front desk told us they did not have any to give us. We finally got some the next morning, but everyone had to wait to take a shower until the next morning. It was very inconvenient.

The room was awesome and roomy
2nd time staying at this property. Penny was the clerk on duty and she was very professional and courteous.

The best service EVER The entire staff was amazing. Ms. Penny Payne & her staff treated us like family. We lost our home to a fire 3 weeks ago & have been to over a handful of hotels since. This location we didn’t want to leave because of how caring, supportive, & respectful they are. They made sure we were beyond comfortable during our hardship. I’ve never had better customer service in my life. So grateful to this team.
Musty It was pretty much great, the room just smelled a bit musty.
I did not like this property at all for the cost I paid... there were not proper supplies and there is no staff... I would rather stay in other properties where I get a better service.
