No smoking is not enforced. Though this was supposed to be a no smoking facility, people gag definitely smoke in pr room. Also, the first night of our stay we smelled strong cigarette smoke on pr hallway.

Staff at front desk were extremely friendly and fast :) and building was in excellent condition

Nice manager moved us from dirty room to clean My husband works in pest control and checked our room on the 3rd floor thoroughly before we unpacked. He did find signs of previous bedbug treatment that worked, but our sheets were stained and the room smelled slightly of old smoke from the horribly stained carpet. There was even a german roach crawling in the hallway. The manager moved us into another room on the 2nd floor and this room did not have carpeting and was spotless. Our Stay Say a roach as soon as we walked in. It was crawling by the door jam. Also found a bug in the bed. There were no towels at the pool - when we asked the front desk for towels they said we had to use our room towels (for the pool) and then switch those out for fresh ones - wish we had known that before we got in the pool, but the attendant took pity and got the group some towels since there were 8 of us already wet that didn't know. Great front desk service disappointing amenities I think the overall interior needs to be updated. Appliances were rusty. Dusty in closets and along baseboards. A lot of rift raft hanging around the exterior. Could have been clientele. Looked very suspect. The front desk clerk was the best. If I could rate him along I would be a 10. Clothing was disheveled but I can look past that with the creating and overall willingness to assist. Upon check out I had a new clerk and he was also pleasant. Wrinkled but pleasant.
