Kitchen had no plates cups etc. Drawers missing in kitchen. Bathroom sink was clogged. Girls slept on pullout sofa. Sheets were dirty and they had bites all over their legs the next morning. Carpet had stains on it. Only good thing is the room was plenty big for our family of 6. Breakfast choices were poor and out of everythng.

To many complaints The room was big I liked that. The room was very dark because of the paint, carpet, and bad lighting. The kitchen needed a good cleaning. The towels had long blonde hairs on them. Dead crickets in the bathroom. The sheets had brown stains on them.The room was hot when we arrived but the window was open and it was very hot outside. We were there for about two hours getting ready for party and it never really got cooler (I just thought it was a big room). We get back around 9:45pm and the room was still warm... read more

Total Dump. Do not stay here. 0 stars This is probably the worst hotel that I've ever stayed in....and I've been to some pretty rough places in my life. The room was absolutely filthy. We found the room unlocked when we arrived with someones old socks laying in the floor. It was obvious that the room hadn't been cleaned at all. The carpet was stained and the room had a horrible order of mildew or mold or pet odor...i'm not sure but it was awful. I booked this hotel last minute and definitely paid the price for my rushing. The check in process felt like waiting in court for you ticket number to be called. The room smelled like a vets office and we had to buy air fresheners to make it somewhat bearable. The "breakfast" was nothing more than dollar store snacks neatly arranged on a counter. The shower drain was stopped up and the carpet was sticky. The whole place could use a good cleaning and sanitizing.

Well we booked it for two nights didn’t check in the first night but we still had it reserved for the next night and we had to get a different hotel and still pay for the one we didn’t even get to use. We ran into difficulty’s while traveling with our car and could not get to the hotel in time

My family of six were extremely disappointed. Checking in was a hassle, the elevator had a weird smell and made a concerning noise .our room was hot took most of night to cool down.there was a huge stain on carpet. We. Reserved a suite for six.the pull out bed was a joke.he mattress was ripped completely around the seams and kept sinking into the frame.
