The staff was nice, the rooms and hotel itself are outdated. There was left over food in our microwave. I booked this hotel thru Expedia and it said continental breakfast which is a lie. The breakfast sucks it’s muffins and granola bars along with hot chocolate and coffee.
The staff was friendly and welcoming. Everything else was pretty sad. I'd seen the reviews before hand some good, alot bad. I was afraid there'd be the roaches everyone complained about in their reviews and to my surprise that was not an issue I was so pleased and was even considering overlooking the filthy carpet, dirty dishes given to me from the front desk, the awful mildew smell in the laundry room, and the poor cable reception on the tv these were no biggies as I understand the whole "you get what you pay for" but when ... read more
Disturb The hotel was smelly, a very disgusting smell. The dishes we received were dirty...food/mold. There was a roach!!! I would never stay at this hotel again. We checked out a day early...
Sent my family to a dirty room, when we went to tell them they imformed us that they were out of that size room and had no one to clean it . They talked us into staying in a bed with one bed and promised a partial refund. So after a long day of tubing we agreed just wanting to lay down. No one slept comfy, the bed was hard as a rock , the sofa bed was thin and lumpy and the breakfast is a joke muffins , granola bars and packets of oatmeal. Im still waiting on the refund , so definitely will never stay again!
Customer service was great. The room was very hot when I arrived and windows were wide open. It had a weird smell, found crawling creatures on the bath towels.
The hotel needs a remodel things are broken and old
Worst hotel ever... Super dirty hotel, smell bad, they do not clean your room every day. Breakfast grab and go, didn't even try it...
