Frustrating Stay Entire interior of facility had an odor that changed by each floor, either due to wear, growth, or age. That odor increased when the staff cleaned the floors during the week. The room itself had this same smell, along with the deep lingering odor of cigarettes in a non-smoking room. The beds are basic box spring, but pillow tops were not expected. Hotel Rooms needs to be cleaned!!! Roaches!! The hotel was nice until I saw 4 roaches. I was very disgusted and it made the hotel stay uncomfortable. I will not be staying at this location anymore.

The room was not clean, the furniture was dusty, there was a blood stain on the wall leading to the kitchen area. We had to go to the front office with our wet towels and trade them for new towels as well as toilet paper, The only time I saw some one at the front desk was when I checked in after that I never saw anyone at the front desk. I was not happy with this hotel.

The place has roaches. Everywhere. There was no “breakfast”, there was coffee & oatmeal. That’s it. The ONLT good thing about this place was the poor staff onsite who has to deal with the cockroach complaints non stop.

Do not BOOK! Hotel was disgusting with a terrible foul odor. dead roaches with old dingy appliances. Carpet had burn marks and sheets looked like they never had been washed. They edited the pictures to make it look like they are nice rooms when they are hideous dirty rooms!

The hallways were dirty and there was no coffee maker in the room. The TV reception was bad and the tv provider was having trouble connecting to the hotels dish.
