Rooms are filthy! The room was filthy and if I could give zero stars I would. We paid $130+ a night and definitely felt that it was not worth it. I don't need fancy rooms but I need clean rooms. Our bedding and towels had hairs on them. Toilet and bathtub was gross. If rates were not so high in the area we would have found a room elsewhere.

Gross! Came here to check out new apartment the next day with my mother. Nasty, took one look inside room and decided I would not be staying here. The room was supposed to be non-smoking, but it was clear someone broke that rule. The cleaning crew also left a big bag of trash in front of room. On top of it, there were people milling around the hotel smoking, so everywhere you went, it smelled. The girl at the check-in counter did not seem to be bothered with our complaints. Hotel was old and nasty in dire need of upgrades. Cabinet under sink was broken bed sheets we're dirty and room smelled musty.

Poor management I never thought someone could rent out a room in this condition. Called for non smoking room but only had smoking room when checked in. Moved to another room that wasn't as bad but still thought I was in an old casino with no ventilation, it stunk.they did say they could move me the next day to a nonsmoking. Stayed one night but could not make it another. Toilet did not flush, the sink backed up, and the hair dryer did not work. We left early and just ate the cost of the second night.

Room was stinking badly, and didn't have an option to switch the room. There was no cleanliness including the bathroom. We didn't like it at all.

Quality of service It was during the SD state graduation and could not sleep all night of Saturday because the next room to me was making so much noise that I have to stay awake by watching TV all night.
