The room smelt very bad and could have been cleaned a little better. Took forever to find the trash can

Worst hotel we stayed in last 15 yrs. This hotel is really a bad one. We chose to stay here as there was nothing else available in the area with kitchen. They took the money upon booking but did not provide any kitchen utensils until the 2nd day evening. There was no shower curtain in the restroom shower area. Upon calling front office, they acknowledged but never showed up to put one. I had to chase the room service person to get one and put one. room not ready arrived at 4:30 for a wedding. Check in time is 3:00, room wasn't ready, made us wait. Asked for a room that was ready was told none in our type. Waited a half hour, room was kinda clean. No time for a shower or much just change and go.

Worst Extended Stay...Left Disappointed We were given a filthy room at check-in. Then were moved to a room defined as clean. The stove was still dirty with grease. Shower still had hair from personal areas on it. The room smell like rotten broccoli or asparagus. They ran out of dishes to give us so we had to make due with a skillet and lid that was too small. Don't bother The motel is obviously been recently repainted and redone, and looks like it was done on a budget. They only clean the rooms once a week. For the $$ spent on the room during the tourist season, I expect my room to be cleaned daily. I have tried this brand one other time, and had a similarily poor experience. Never again. I would have been better if I was camping.

I had booked but they sold out of rooms even thoug Expedia tried to secure me a room at another hotel which was more than double the price but it was a one star hotel and horrendously rated. I give them an e for effort but the whole experience was horrid and took over 3 hours of me tired and waiting around to resolve. The staff at the hotel where helpful and kind but baffled about the F up
...not staying at an extended stay again.....................
