Booked, went to room, turned around and got money back. Staff was very nice and understanding though. They need major upgrades. Looked like a jail cell.

Killed a roach in my room so I was paranoid all night.

The facility is run down and dirty. Front desk was unstaffed when we tried to check in. No building safety as back door was propped open overnight. Groups of people standing around outside the front door and parking lot taking smoke breaks - although understandable it did not add to the ambience of the place. Avoid.

Hidden, old looking. The TV service was out! Not sure if I will ever come back to this place!

it took 20-30 min wait to check in , no body was at the front desk. The room needs to be updated, bathroom was smelly, bathroom door doesn't close, kitchen was not functioning. Don't even think the reason that kitchen to be in the room. Breakfast was very limited, just grab and go. Only packaged muffins and coffee.
