Smell of smoke in non-smoking room Even though ours was a non-smoking room, the room had a smell of smoke. When we called the front desk, they mentioned they would stop by in a few minutes and spray Febreeze, but no one showed up. Since it was a short overnight stay, we didn't follow up further. Also the keys were sometimes unresponsive. We had to swipe it 3 or 4 times to get it working.

Room carpet was very dirty and room itself was stinky. Even for courtesy shampoo you have to go to front desk to collect. Breakfast has no option than just prepacked muffins.
