We stayed here for the 2nd time, staff are very nice and welcoming. The rooms are clean and quiet.

Adequate and clean, thin walls so street traffic if on street side, could use carpet cleanings, etc but does the job
Refrigerator did not work, would not keep things cold.

Room was OK. The room had a musty smell and the carpets were stained but this seems standard for rooms at this price range.
