Shower temperature was horrible it was either cold or extremely hot. One of the the burners didn’t work. They were way over booked. And didn’t accommodate for there over booking

We had a puppy that had issues going up and down the stairs. The staff was very quick to get us a room on the first floor which was extremely helpful.

Staff was unprofessional and room was not thoroughly clean. Counter was not wiped down and there was a dirty sock on the curtain rail. Won’t stay again.
