Comfortable and good location Overall the experience was decent. Location was great, price was very good for the location relative to other hotels in the area. Easy access to the I805. Close to grocery stores and shopping.

Lost, important pillow The room and the general behavior of the employees was fine. But, I accidentally left my pillow there. The pillow is very important to me, since I have arthritis in my neck and this pillow is especially comfortable. That is why I take it to hotel rooms. The hotel has lost this pillow; it apparently is not in lost-and-found, and no employee can find it. They said that the maid no longer worked there, and they apparently have not been able to reach her. I can't imagine how something like this could happe... read more
