Was recovering from surgery and asked for an extra pillow from the front desk. They sounded like we were hassling them and then never showed up with the extra pillow. Also both of our keys stopped working the 2nd day we were there.

This hotel is great for business or leisure travel. No unnecessary amenities. Just a place to stay with breakfast. Great location and definitely quiet. I got very good sleep here. Watch out for hidden charges though.

Toilet paper is not soft No shower jell !! No shampoos conditioner!!

the bathroom had hair in the tub as if it hadn't been cleaned.

The room was clean and quiet, the location was convenient, and all staff contact was very good

Air conditioning They need a better AC it makes too much noise , it goes off and on too much, I was not able to sleep because of the noise

Location was convenient for travel to San Diego. Rooms were clean but small. Mattress was one of the hardest I have ever been on in a hotel. The price is too high compared to other hotels that offer a much better breakfast choices and you have to ask for a coffee pot and hair dryer, and another things you may need if you are staying for several days. Again, a regular hotel would be much cheaper. We had our dogs with us which is why we stayed here, that part worked out well. $25 per day per dog is a bit much but I get it, man... read more
