Not expensive, nor fancy Check in was fast and efficient, although the clerk seemed annoyed I was there. Rooms need remodeling, they are aged and smell musty/old. It was clean and I was only staying a night so I just needed a convenient location and this hotel was in a great place for my needs. Check out was fast, breakfast was coffee and oatmeal in a cup. Average stay, but for the price it was not bad; would stay here again for another short trip.

Its a good place to stay, 20 min from gaslamp/little italy and 20 min from La Jolla. Quite and price was reasonable.

Good location, OK overall. Good location, Wi-Fi didn't work at first, but after called the technician, the problem was resolved. No hair dryer, had to go to the reception desk to get one. TV is small with horizontal stripes, We went as a family of 4, but only one towel was there at night, had to ask for more the next day. I was surprised to see the room having a kitchen with stove, a normal size refrigerator, and a family dinner table. Overall, it is OK to stay with the reasonable price in SD area.
