Exceeded Expectations This is a discount hotel so I had low standards. I care about 1) the comfort of the bed, 2) the quality of the bathroom, and 3) cleanliness. All three exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only issue is that the Hotels.com site says there is a complimentary breakfast. It's only a coffee bar - no food. Hotels.com needs to correct this.
Everything is made me feel warm.

This was a good stay. The only thing we would have liked to see different would be the breakfast. They say breakfast included, but it was muffins and granola bars. Other than that, everything was good.
Great experience as usual, friendly staff, helpful and efficient. No problems with anything!
