Good enough for a couple nights. It's basic. If you're in need of a place at somewhat reasonable price in the area, Extended Stay will do. It's like a college dorm; noise, the smell of food cooking wafts through the halls and people standing in the hallway in their PJ's on their phones. Best part's: Bed and Pillow's were comfortable, gated parking and front desk staff were pleasant

the bed was creaky and noisy, since its located right in the city of San JOse, there was ambulance and street traffic noise but other than that okay.

At check in I waited about 10 minutes for someone to return to the desk. Eventually I saw a sign that said to call “I” on the house phone. The phone was located 5 minutes later in another room, with the help of another guest who was also waiting for service. Cleanliness was just ok. Older, stained cabinets in kitchen and bathroom. Shower pan was also stained. My daughter refused to shower. There was not a single cup, plate or pan in the “kitchen” area.

The hotel was oversold, & staff worker said Expedia oversold them. I was told I was being downsized, but after some arguing, staff accommodated.us. pull out bed had an old mattress which was stained & filthy & so we didn't use it.
