Management needs to start fixing up the little things in rooms that need fixing. Our microwave tray wasn't secure so always made loud noises; parts of the chair was loose and hanging; front desk didn't have any forks, mismatched bowls, plastic glasses; had to ask for tp for the room. For the price they're charging and the fact that customers have to ask for dishes set-ups, at least have enough items and ones that match. I booked my room and paid in advance. When I arrived they had no rooms available. They put me in a suite but I had to pay for 100% of the cost of the suite and had no benefit for the prepayment through orbitz.

The room was disgusting! Super dusty holes in the wall the bathtub shower head was dirty the cabinets look like they weren’t clean the sheets had stains and on top of everything they had to refund me back my money because they booked me for the wrong days! The staff had no hospitality everything about this hotel was horrible!

My terrible experience started when checking in at around 5pm. Chris, the front desk employee was nothing but rude. I waited in line to be checked in for 20 mins, once it was my turn Chris asked for my ID and CC and then went over to another computer without saying a word. 8 mins went by and I asked what was the issue, he said: "I have to check someone out to check you in" and proceeded to ask how much longer it will take since i had someone waiting for me outside in the car and he said "i don't know, several mins". the chec... read more

Worst place to stay It was very dirty we found a bed bug in the bed plus bed had previous guests hairs so that means sheets were not changed room had finger prints all over the door it was just a complete mess that place needs a whole new make up the whole second floor smelled bad. When I was going to check-in their was a lady complaining she checked out right then and also got her refund

Dirty room and rude Lily We didn’t stay. We left and asked for a refund. When we arrived there was no toiletries, no towels. Bed linens hasn’t been changed. When we ask for all your those mentioned above, a lady named Lily was so rude and make up a story that my wife is making a scene. They can check the CCTV if my wife is really making a scene.
