oh,well noise from other rooms was distracting and sleep was difficult

Outlook okay, but inside was bad Toilet not working, hand sink plugged up, internet terrible slow and could not make a connection, door lock broken, TV with no remote control, nothing in breakfast bar except coffee

It smell like wet dog. Extremely order of dog . Gross over all . Dishes weren’t clean still had food . Cups we’re cracked.

F'mm! Extended stay America I will never stay at a extended stay again . The towel rack was coming off the wall when I checked in and two days later I extended my stay one more night and the and the person at the counter told me he couldn't rent me a room cause I'm on the do not rent to list for damages to the room which is the towel rack

Not good but ok at best I first want to give the front desk staff a positive review. They seemed to try hard working with limited resources. I had to get my room exchanged as it was dirty with visible garbage in the room. They gave me a different room without any issues. I had to request cookware, plates, utensils, etc. then got started making dinner. I was concerned that the stove would not heat up high enough to cook my food, but it ended up taking a long time to get hot. WiFi works but was slow with an offer to upcharge y... read more

Very bad hotel, wouldn't recommend to anyone! I am a Marriott Platinum member but had to book a non-Marriott property due to availability and stay in hotels 2-3 nights/week. I Booked 6 rooms for a business trip at this extended stay, we checked in at 6:00pm and (3) rooms were not ready/cleaned due to the house keeping staff "walking off". Hotel staff was nice considering circumstances... We went to Dinner at and came back around 10pm, fortunately, the (3) rooms were ready. Disgusting Dirty Dive Nice staff, but...key cards kept not working, two light bulbs and a piece of art were missing, the walls were gross with dried drip marks, disgusting, no breakfast in my building, had to goto other one, TV was grainy, WiFi slo, refrigerator scraped/dirty/loud. 50$ cheaper and it shows.

Clean room but noisy and too expensive Clean room with minimal amenities. The window didn't work therefore I couldn't close it preventing me from having a descent night sleep.
