The room was dirty, toilet had feces from previous guest, sink was moldy, bathroom mildew smelled up the entire room. We were going to stay at the same hotel when we're back in the area in 2 months, but have canceled due to the condition of the hotel. However, I do want to share that the staff was very pleasant.

Do not stay here Although for the most part Extended stay in America is a good chain this hotel did not have a pool and the lobby smelled of cannabis, not a good place for children

- Check in was simple and easy. Two staff members greeeted me. - Left the hotel and was back around 5pm. There is now only 1 staff member taking care of ALL the laundry as well as front desk duties. - My Room (133) had some red something spilled all over the carpet by the bed, as well as some black goop dried on the floor. - My comforter had some nasty dried brown crust on part of it. One of the worst While waiting in line to check in, front desk staff indifferent and unfriendly. Witnessed and experienced rude staff during our stay. Dirty bathroom, hole in wall, 2 electric sockets broken, no breakfast tho it was promoted on web and in room, sparse amenities. On the positive side, a/c worked great.

Dirty and damaged Booked room was to be clean . But not the case, stains on the carpet, oil or tar, floor unswept, damaged to walls, counter top, bathroom floor dirty, towels seemed unlaundered, stained perhaps ? Overall would not recommend . Should have realized things were not right as at check in the lobby smelled. On arrival went into the north building , pleasant new construction, told we were in the south building. maybe get helped, maybe get mugged in your room I was standing around 10-15 minutes in front of the front desk employee who never helped me. I had to thank her sarcastically for finally helping me. When I arrived to my room 5 minutes later someone started pounding on my door. I felt very unsafe. No one came to check on me or my room. At 1am the hotel started calling my cell phone. I expect full reimbursement for my stay. It was horrible to say the least.

Never again!!! I was so disappointed with my stay at this place. It was so dirty. No dishes,silverware or even a coffee pot for coffee. And te so-called Continental breakfast was a joke. Nothing but coffee. Motel 6 would be a lot better-and that is scrapping the bottom of the barrel.

The carpet looked old, the sheets were stained.

Old and Outdated At check in Crystal ,at the front desk was very helpful and polite, but the fact that her young toddler kept running around behind the counter and distracting her and taking away from her attention to me and the other two guys checking in was pretty frustrating. Then there was a problem with my two colleagues’ reservation. Not her fault. The three rooms that we stayed in were all terrible: dirty, old and outdated, uncomfortable, and had items missing such as drinking glasses.
