Stay somewhere else. The hotel is close to the freeway so it's convenient for travelers but the room had trash and food left underneath the bed and the behind furniture. The room usually has cookware utensils and plates but this property had bare cabinets and empty drawers. Most tragic was the squeaky bed every time you move the bed squeaked or squawked or whined it was terrible.

I do not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. The hotel was dirty and had a bad odor. The staff were very rude and didn't seem to know what they were doing. Every day i would get a call from the hotel asking me if i had check in or check out and then at night i would always have to request a room key. There was never any one at the front desk. Bed not comfortable I’ve stayed at many extended stays, but this location had very cheap, uncomfortable beds. The frame was flimsy and squeaked every time I moved. The mattress was way too firm, felt like sleeping on cardboard. Other than the bed, the staff was friendly and the hotel seemed clean. But I would not stay here again.

Poor Check in was slow, staff overwhelmed. Paid for a room with 2 bed & advertised with free breakfast. I was given a room with 1 bed & had to change everything. Free breakfast was a coffee bar with minimal snacks. Toilet & microwave were dirty but everything else ok. Not good value for money

Worst stay ever!!!! Will never stay here again. Beds are full of bed bugs, my family got itchy right after 1st night, the next day our skin all got red and itchy. We had to buy anti itch cream at target. Request many many times for new towels and hair dryer, staff promised but never showed up. We ended up buying our own towels at target. Bathroom was full of urine smell when we checked in like it never got cleaned. Breakfast was okay. Overall service are the worst here, it seem like not enough staffs. this place was horrible I arrived and my room was disgusting, it hadn't been cleaned. there was still soap marks in the tub and the ticket was dirty. The t.v was broken so they decided to move me rooms. The 2nd room did not have a remote for the t.v and the phone didn't work, then moved to a 3rd room that was still dirty.
