never stay there AGAIN NO HAIR DRYER, CUPS ETC. I felt this hotel was very uncomfortable and had little to offer for the price

The staff was very rude, our room wasn't ready at check in time, and room wasn't clean, their was a big sticky stain on the carpet, it was a mess.

i didnt stay but was charged my co.firmation didmt go through until i was at anothet hotel, showered and in bed. i eas still charged.

Wierd rooms I had reserved a handicapped room and the room we were assigned had no bars at all and a low toilet. I spoke to the disinterested front desk person and she assured me that it was a handicap room. We asked about an ice machine...no you have to make your own ice in the trays provided. The room had a kitchen and lots of cabinets but there was nothing in any of the cabinets.

Extremely overpriced and shabby. This was a last second, desperation option. I thought I had a reservation at a Hampton Inn in Morgan Hills, but there was an error and I didn't have a room. It was evening when I found out. I called Expedia and they determined there were almost no rooms available in the entire region. They finally got me a room at this Extended Stay America in San Jose, so I drove up there. Had a horrible experience in this hotel had reserve a non smoking room and they give me a smoking room.will never stay in this hotel ever, they told me that they were going to give me a discount and never did.

Alright Spacious. Nice to have kitchenette. However, no pool; housekeeping left a dirty face towel hanging on shower curtain rod; bathroom sink stained; shower head not cpletrly clean. Confusing if can register at 2nd bldg

Family event The room was adequate. Thankfully we did not have to spend much time there. It was clean and very basic. My sister was staying in another room. We had to share a hair dryer, borrowed from the hotel, as the hotel amenities do not include what has become a basic supply in most hotels. The rooms were not serviced at all during out 3-night stay so we had to hunt up plastic cups for rinsing after brushing our teeth. 2 stars as a rating is about right. I won't choose another Extended Stay America.
