Long check in process (Oddly, TWO Extended Stay facilities next door to each other, but not affiliated ???, so had to walk in pouring rain to other building .......) Elevator not working to 3rd floor No dishes etc for kitchen. (thus, had to take all kids and go downstairs ask at front desk) Phone not working, EVEN to call front desk! TV not working, no one showed to fix til 9 am next morn 'Breakfast' 6-9 am, however MOST items GONE by 7am, "nothing more available" was answer to, may we have more muffins/juice. Lovely stay It was a pleasant stay. Thankfully the ac works very well because it’s so hot outside. Thank you to the very friendly staff, they’ve been very helpful.
