Marginal is charitable No housekeeping at all. No hot food, breakfast was bars and muffins (we were told oatmeal was “on order”). No coffee in the afternoon or later, no place to sit (no furniture) in the so called lobby. One thin blanket on the very tiny supposedly queen bed, clock, phone and heater all didn’t work. Kitchen was a glorified hot plate. No coffee in room, no vanity (it was a handicap room), so all our bathroom stuff was around the kitchen sink. No carpet, very loud all night long. could not lock the room from the hall. Had to use force to lock the door from inside the room. reported it to person on the desk.
