David at the front desk was very attentive and friendly 👍
Great place and staff we have 5 kids and are second day there we didn’t have the money for the room again and we didn’t have it 530 6 pm that day and not once did they sweat us that was so right on thank you guys again for that not a lot of hotel understand how hard life can be these guys here are great

Long check in process (Oddly, TWO Extended Stay facilities next door to each other, but not affiliated ???, so had to walk in pouring rain to other building .......) Elevator not working to 3rd floor No dishes etc for kitchen. (thus, had to take all kids and go downstairs ask at front desk) Phone not working, EVEN to call front desk! TV not working, no one showed to fix til 9 am next morn 'Breakfast' 6-9 am, however MOST items GONE by 7am, "nothing more available" was answer to, may we have more muffins/juice.
