The carpet in room had bad Oder and the television did not work in the first room we assigned. Attendant upgraded our room for the inconvenience of the tv not working. He said it was a complimentary up grade and that my was not going to be charged if I see that he did charge my card I will be talking to you about the charges

They never clean and do your bed, no towels change, nothing working

The room had roaches and bugs and the bathroom sink had ring of mildew around it. The room smelled bad.

Very unpleasant check in. 2 people in front of me were complaining of having roaches, bed bugs, and other critters in their room. Not what you want to hear as you are waiting to check in.
