I've stayed at Extended Stay America Suites before, and this location has been by far the worst. I booked this because I had great experiences at other locations and because of the complimentary breakfast, especially since I had my toddler with me while visiting family. While the place seemed a bit run down, the room was filthy. There was still someone's false lashes on the floor, debris underneath the bed and chair, and the complimentary breakfast was a joke. Dirty nasty carpet. Cockroachs. Hallway looks like the project apartments. They would not give clean towels unless you take the dirty ones to the front desk. Bathroom tub is rusted. I thought extended stay hotels were nice! I was wrong

The person older man checking us in was rude and we asked to be close to each other or at least on the same floor and he didn’t do anything for us my sister booked 2 rooms and he gave them to her on two separate floors and it wasn’t because it was full
