Our stay at Extended Stay America Suites hotel in San Jose CA was the worst ever. We reserved 10 rooms and they were filthy dirty. Infested with roaches, dirty linen, walls and curtains full of blood and restroom sinks and tubs with mole. Some of us had to request a different room and others left to a different hotel. In short, never again would I book a stay in this hotels!!

This property looked to be used for migrants. Smoke everywhere and people hanging around. Unsafe people around. we left late at night to go next store to the Marriott.

The room and hotel in general smelled like stale cigarettes if it wasn’t for it being so late already I would’ve gone somewhere else

Dont stay here Front desk told us it was a refugee site there were kids riding bikes in the hallways. Families taking hotel furniture out in the parking lot and having a full on meal causing kids to get close to be hit by other paying patrons trying to park. People sneaking people in through windows. I did not stay at the Extended Stay. The check in clerk was rude and did not know his job as far as atm charges and cancellation. I am disable and I felt insulted when he asked me to come back at 7pm , when I had already made two trips bcus they don’t except cash only creditcards.
