The person older man checking us in was rude and we asked to be close to each other or at least on the same floor and he didn’t do anything for us my sister booked 2 rooms and he gave them to her on two separate floors and it wasn’t because it was full

Property looks amazing from the outside but did not feel comfortable once inside. No amenities in the room had to call down on my personal phone to ger what was needed because phone in room wasnt even plugged it - didnt even have a cord. Free breakfast was nothing more than coffee, tea, oatmeat packets and granola bars but worse than that there were what looked like homelass people milling around in lobby.
