We saw a cockroach scurrying up the wall near the room we had just slept in. The hallway to get to our room was disgusting. It had a range of horrendous smells, from body odor to stale curry. These scents lingered throughout our stay, baked into the walls and carpet. We had to hold our breath while traversing this long hall. No Bueno It started off with us having paid in full through hotels.com and then the hotel stating we would need to pay an additional amount of money. When my husband checked in the A/C was not working. Then when I got off work and we came back our key no longer worked and had to go to front desk and get another. We then went out to dinner. Bed bug warning!! The front desk clerk was sarcastic and rude….. room was on the 3rd floor, whole floor smelled like cigarettes. Bed bugs on floor and bed.

I've stayed at Extended Stay America Suites before, and this location has been by far the worst. I booked this because I had great experiences at other locations and because of the complimentary breakfast, especially since I had my toddler with me while visiting family. Dirty nasty carpet. Cockroachs. Hallway looks like the project apartments. They would not give clean towels unless you take the dirty ones to the front desk. Bathroom tub is rusted. I thought extended stay hotels were nice! I was wrong
