Property looks amazing from the outside but did not feel comfortable once inside. No amenities in the room had to call down on my personal phone to ger what was needed because phone in room wasnt even plugged it - didnt even have a cord. Free breakfast was nothing more than coffee, tea, oatmeat packets and granola bars but worse than that there were what looked like homelass people milling around in lobby. The carpet in room had bad Oder and the television did not work in the first room we assigned. Attendant upgraded our room for the inconvenience of the tv not working. He said it was a complimentary up grade and that my was not going to be charged if I see that he did charge my card I will be talking to you about the charges

The room had roaches and bugs and the bathroom sink had ring of mildew around it. The room smelled bad.
