A stranger followed me to the room and wouldn’t leave me alone. I was scared and called the receptionist for help. They did send security which made me feel better but stay at this hotel wasn’t a good experience. I felt unsafe.

they didn't have my confirmation available, the first room had horrible mattress with a plastic cover, 2nd room smelled horrible. it was a non smoke room but smelled like cigarettes. Service was not great. No one came to fix my bed or replace any toiletries.

I didn’t know the office closed at 11 and It would’ve been nice to know Fridge was unplugged it was something dead in it
