Front desk personal was very rude, there was no pool, and no breakfast served as per reservation

Never again Very loud neighbors and then to top it off the refrigerator was making a loud noise all through the night. Probably only slept 2 hours and lefts more exhausted then I arrived

We checked in around 830 p.m. and stood at the desk for over 15 minutes waiting for someone to help us, two more groups were lined up behind us waiting for assistance as well. When we were able to check in, she did not apologize for the wait, nor was courteous or polite. Upon entering and inspection of the room, it was filthy. My stay was horrible and I checked out a few hours after checking in. We were given someone else's room. There were roaches in the room. The service at check in was horrible and slow. The women behind the counter carried on their conversation instead of checking us in and often took breaks while checking us in to talk to one another. It’s a lot of money for nothing . Staff don’t care about facility. Nobody is in reception from 11-7 No breakfast only coffe. Only stay there if You really have to

No room, even with reservation. BAD MANAGMENT I made a reservation using hotels.com. When I arrived at the hotel past midnight (because my plane had been delayed), they said they were sorry, they had given my room away and there was no room for me. night mare nightmare from hell the hall way smelled like a dog kennel the TV didn't work the people up stairs were loud never again especially for the price.....no coffee in room no night auditor at desk when I complained about the TV and other issues they said there was nothing they could do about
