This hotel is going down Bad experience. Unfriendly staff. Very expensive for what we got. Uncomfortable pillows

Not So NICE! This hotel is more like peoples residence. It's not cleaned well. The room had spider webs in the corners,looks like people lay around burning cigarettes on the kitchen and bathroom counter tops in a non smoking room. The toilet seat did not fit correct. The bed was hard and I sweat all night with the plastic mattress cover they used on the bed. This hotel use to be very clean and tidy. Now its rundown and needs a deep cleaning. Especially with COVID you would think they would put more time in to cleansing each ... read more

Disappointing stay. Two night stay for work the room was disappointing layered visible dust on bed side tables cracks of missing paint wall in the bathroom and there was roaches crawling near toilets and fridge :( super grossed out for some reason (we were visibly not disabled) we had called a few mins before check in and there were plenty of rooms available the clerk confirmed us we were given a handicapped room and told us they couldn’t move us because the other rooms needed to be serviced and the computer wouldn’t allow i... read more

very quiet but dirty pillows and on the first floor in the room the curtains only covered half the window. you could see right in to the room. Was told it would have to wait a few hours to have something done about the curtains. They did take care of it quickly after i talked about wanting my money back. For $15o a night i expected more. Been there many times but wont be back!
