Breakfast is just grab and go. A Vending machine is not easy to use.

I was told I’d be given a refund and haven’t yet. I was to be refunded 103.99 because of the hotel staff not allowing me to check in

There was no shampoo or conditioner. Not enough towels. I got the impression there were families living there. Loud music coming from rooms. We stayed Saturday and Sunday nights. Lots of young men and women hanging out around the front of the hotel both nights. My husband went down one of the stairwells in the morning and he found a lot of beer bottles and cans in the stairwell so they must have been partying the night before in the back stairwell.
