Never again The staff have no clue on what to do they sound nice but just because they smile doesnt mean they will fix the many issues i had during my stay

I stay at a lot of extended stays when I travel. I was a bit disappointed, visible dirt and hair in corners of room. Spotty WiFi connection and the television was not set up for cable. The reputation generally proceeds itself for most extended stays, 9/10 are solid hotels, I was just underwhelmed with my stay this time.

Bad smell in the hallway and clothes in the floor hallway

Smell bad. Old carpet. Leaking toilet. Flaky faucet. No one clean your room unless you pay. Poor coffee. Poor breakfast items.

First of all our room smelled like cigarettes mixed with cheap perfume. Bathroom shower drain was full of hairs. Our bed had sticky stains on it. Overall not a good experience.

Roach Motel! We stayed here not with high expectations and they got lowered after our stay. When we checked in the first room they gave us had no bed sheet, the carpet was not vacuumed and the refrigerator was not clean and had a dirty sponge. The second room they gave us was clean but... when we returned to our room the second night,there were roaches all over the place. Granted we did get a refund for the night we didn’t stay but gross!!!
