The place was very clean, staff and management very courteous and made an extra effort to bring us a better tv remote than what we had. Felt safe, which is important to me as I travel with my father.
The staff was friendly and warm. The room looked clean at first sight, but after being in it for a few minutes we started noticing a weird smell. When we finally opened the food out couch to go to sleep the urine smell was worse and we had to get a replacement mattress. I think the carpet and curtains would benefit from a good DEEP cleaning.

After waiting almost an hour to check in, I was told that the bathroom sink in the room didn’t work and they had no other room to offer. After speaking to his manager he was able to give me the room w/a discount. Not a good feeling on a holiday weekend.
