It was quiet but there was a cocaroach on the pillow. There was also a cocaroach on the wall when l visited that building last week.

It is probably an above average stay for San Jose, it is weird the room has stove and microwave, but no pans, plates or tableware. No shower curtain either, front desk provided one when asked. Hallways need more vacuuming.

Great customer service Staff was great including housekeeping. Friendly and understanding. Attentive to my needs as far as supplies for kitchen and restroom.
