My room was awful bad odor, tv remote broke wrapped with tape, baseboard falling off wall.

I have stayed at this location on the pass but this time it was dirty and smelly . and was disappointed. !!!!!! I will not stay there again.

Horrible, don’t stay there. It’s dirty and they have graffiti in the elevator. I went to cancel my room and never got refunded. Horrible experience!

Nothing. It was dirty and the staff was rude. Waited in a long line at check in while watching the staff talking and joking around.

The room was very dusty, the windows were dirty & had lots of cobwebs. Webs also in bathroom. Just an overall feeling of not a very upkept place. Our mantra while staying here was, “it’s just one night”. The price was cheaper than extended type motels in area but next time I will pay more & not stay at this place.

Wouldn’t recommend to stay here!!! Parking was terrible! The spots were so small had a hard time parking next to someone car. Couldn’t pay with cash. Only 12 stations that worked for the tv. The frig didn’t work. The tv remote barely working..

We arrived at the hotel a little after 6:00 p.m.. The receptionist was friendly. We went to the 3rd floor to room 318. The hallway reeked of smoke. The room was clean, but chilly from the earlier rain and time. The batteries were missing from the thermostat and displayed an error code when the unit was turned on. Went downstairs for a room change. We were moved to room 320. Same problem with the broken thermostat. Went to dinner to give this sweet woman time to find us another room.
