Floor was more comfy than matres. Some of the light fixtures didn’t work. Only available outlets to charge phone were in the kitchen. Tv only has 8 channels that work.walls are paper thin. Footsteps from upstairs were horrible. Kitchen was nice, but there were no utensils cups or plates. Also their breakfast is more of a 7-11 freebie snack. I would not recommend this place

The receptionest was very rud when we checked in. Whrn we got in to our room we found out none of the kitchen ware was there. Good thi,g i wasn't planingon cooking. No coffee pot, drinking glasses, not even plastic. My hisband called the front desk about this and at that time we were told they don't keep themin therooms anymore xue to sanitation reasons. Booked a 1 night stay at this location with my name but with my boyfriend sharing a room with me. My Boyfriend arrived earlier to hotel than me (different flights) but I had already spoken to the front desk on what items I needed to provide prior to his arrival so things would go smooth. I faxed an authorization saying he could check in prior to me and filled out the Third Party Credit Card Authorization form to have my credit card on file for incidentals. We were locked out of our room as they said our keys were demagnetized at midnight and no one to help at the front desk.

WORST PLACE EVER Let me start this off by saying that we are NOT high maintenance people by any means, but in all my years of traveling i dont think ive ever stayed at a place quite like this. As soon as you walk in the place has a weird smell. We needed a reasonable place to stay for a wedding. I guess you get what you pay for. Room was ridiculously dirty. Hair balls in the corner, soap all over the bathroom sink, dust on everything. We made the mistake of looking under the bed... DON'T! Also there was candle wax all over the bedspread... I had to sign and initial some dramatic form about not smoking in the room and the fine that would ensue. The room smelled like an ashtray. No housekeeping during stay. No clean towels, we were told by the front desk their washing machines were broken! Everything was flithy. We will never use this hotel chain again.
