There was very little staff available there is issues with the key cards as well as the door locks the front desk agent that I inquired about getting kitchenware gave me very little kitchen where all of which was needed however the most important things were not given when I returned to the front desk to let them know there was another front desk agent now working and I asked for another personal Care item and the response that I got I thought was a joke at first until I seen the seriousness in the front desk agents phase I ... read more

The room smelt like cigarettes the showee floor was mushy

Came to this hotel to check in and the person at the front laughed and said it is too early to check in. Then when I came back later to check in I waited for 20 min for them to tell me they do not have a room here for me and I needed to drive to the other hotel of theirs nearby. They never let me know ahead of time.

You guys said breakfast free but is that a breakfast? Very terrible!!! I dont want to go details but either serve fair breakfast or stop it. You guys give only 1 the smallest size bottle water free per night? Shame on you!!! This is my 1st bad hotel experience. What a cheap place!!!

The Missing Attendant Upon arrival the attendant was on the phone with a call that ended with let me just text you we have guest trying to check in. Once checked in we went to our room. We couldn’t figure out how to turn on the ac unit. We called and there was no answer. We walked back to the desk and nobody was there.Finally at 7 am was finally able to get a hold of the front desk and a nice gentleman turned on our AC.
