Located near where I needed it to be. Rooms are small, area around the hotel not clean, no coffee in the morning, HVAC system does not have a fan mode, it is either on or off (was trying to block out the noise), water pressure was low, no usb connections in the room.

I left with a ton of bug bites all over me. We reported this to the front desk and they said oh ok. And told us to have a nice day .

Upon arrival was I barely notified that my reservation was moved from there San Jose location to Sunnyvale. It was about a 6 minute drive. However, I was just really disappointed that no one contacted me. I had just called them about an hour and a half before arriving and none of the staff thought to notify me then.
They gave away our room Horrible. We get there and they tell us that because we booked through a third party (Expedia) which we didn’t they couldn’t contact us but they were full and moved our room to a different hotel further away from our destination very frustrating
