Hair & Unclean Make sure you always check your bed before you sleep! Good think we did! We removed the sheet to check mattress and it was covered in hair! Not sure what type of hair - and not just a single strand of hair . I’m talking like shedding and just gross! There also was a small bug when I moved a towel on the counter. We called the front office and we were offered another room but omg still gross !! The place smells of other people and cultures - food made in each rooms really lingers. It was right next to a railroad with a train horn so loud every 30 minutes. It is away from restaurants, stores, or grocery. No housewares, although advertised. You have to ask for them, and when I did, none was available.

Bad staff bad manager at the time took too long to accommodate us was in the phone other than heloimg

First of all, the bath tub was clogged. It took a while for the water to go down. Afterwards the tub looked gross. I brought it to the attention of the people in the front desk and nothing was done about it. The next day we did not receive any cleaning service. We had to clean the tub ourselves so that we can shower. I would not go back to this hotel

I booked through Expedia and got here to the news that I had to pay again, then I woke up this mornin and they’re asking me too repay for a third time! Truly the worst experience at a hotel ever

I was charged twice by Expedia and the hotel for two different rooms. I was told by Expedia that the first room was cancelled and the representative asked for my credit card again over the phone. Then I look st my statement and was charged by the hotel for the original room that was cancelled.
